    PJ was born in Hiawatha, KS and has spent his entire life here except when
working at other construction jobs after high school. Growing up, he spent time
working for his grandfather and uncle on their farms. This is where he developed
his work ethic and learned to love operating equipment. After high school, PJ
was employed at Ebert Construction in Wamego, Kansas. He worked all over
the state for them, running heavy equipment building highways. He was later
employed by Local Union 101 B in Kansas City where he operated heavy
equipment building roads and subdivisions.

     Tired of the city life, he later made his dream come true when he started his
own construction business in 2006 where he serves the tri-state area of Kansas,
Nebraska, and Missouri. His father, Jim, works with PJ as Trucking Supervisor
and also operates trucks, dozers, excavators, loaders, and, etc. Aller's LLC has
experienced tremendous growth since their beginning. We have been the major
trucking company on the last three pipelines through our area. Work was performed
in Kansas, Nebraska, and Missouri. The Rex line, Trans-Canada XL, and the Trans-
Canada Cushing Extension were the projects. Pipeline ROW Conservation work was
also performed after the pipelines were completed.

     PJ and everyone at Aller's LLC work hard to do the job right and have the proper
work ethics to get the job done. He will appreciate your consideration for any
